1. Overview

Certifications and testing are required to ensure product safety, quality compliance, regulatory alignment, and market suitability.
Failure to meet certification or testing requirements may result in product rejection or vendor disqualification.

2. General Certification Principles

Vendors are expected to:

• Provide valid and verifiable certifications where required

• Maintain consistency between certified products and supplied goods

Certifications must reflect actual production conditions.

Such changes may require re-certification or re-testing.

8. Non-Compliance & Consequences

Failure to meet certification or testing expectations may result in:

• Product rejection or return

• Suspension of sourcing activities

• Vendor performance review

• Termination of vendor relationship

Compliance is continuously monitored.

• Sample or test approval applies only to tested versions

• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံတကာ သို့မဟုတ် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ စံနှုန်းများကို လိုက်နာရပါမည်

• လိုအပ်ပါက တရားဝင် Certification များကို တင်ပြရပါမည်

• Certification သက်တမ်း အကျုံးဝင်မှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရပါမည်

• ထုတ်လုပ်သော Product နှင့် Certification ကို ကိုက်ညီစေရပါမည်

• Certification နှင့် Testing ကို Vendor မှ တာဝန်ယူရပါမည်

• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်အားလုံးကို Vendor မှ ခံယူရပါမည်

• စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြရပါမည်

၇။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုနှင့် Re-Testing

အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများတွင် Win Store ကို အသိပေးရပါမည်–

• Product Design သို့မဟုတ် Material ပြောင်းလဲပါက

• Certification သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးပါက

• Regulatory စည်းမျဉ်းများ ပြောင်းလဲပါက

Re-Testing သို့မဟုတ် Re-Certification လိုအပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
