1. Overview

This policy defines the rules governing quotation revisions submitted by vendors to Win Store.

To maintain fair comparison, pricing integrity, and procurement discipline, quotation revisions are strictly controlled.
Vendors must not revise quotations unless explicitly permitted under this policy.

2. What Is a Quotation Revision

A quotation revision includes any change to:

• Unit price or total price

• Currency or exchange assumptions

• MOQ or order quantity

• Lead time or delivery schedule

• Incoterms or commercial terms

• Product specifications or scope

Any change to a submitted quotation is considered a revision.

3. When Revisions Are Permitted

Quotation revisions are permitted only in the following cases:

• Win Store formally requests clarification or revision

• The original quotation validity has expired and re-quotation is requested

• A documented error is identified and acknowledged by Win Store

• Product requirements or scope are officially changed by Win Store

Unrequested revisions are not allowed.

4. When Revisions Are Not Permitted

Vendors must not revise quotations:

• During the stated price validity period

• After conditional or final approval

• To respond to competitor pricing

• Due to currency fluctuation without approval

• Through informal or non-official channels

Unauthorized revisions invalidate the quotation.

5. Revision Submission Rules

When a revision is permitted, vendors must:

• Submit the revised quotation through official channels only

• Clearly mark the document as “Revised Quotation”

• Reference the original quotation number and date

• Highlight all changes clearly

Revisions must be complete and replace the prior version.

6. Review & Approval of Revisions

All revised quotations:

• Are treated as new submissions for review purposes

• Are subject to full internal evaluation

• Do not guarantee approval or order placement

Approval of a revision is not automatic.

7. Impact of Unauthorized Revisions

Unauthorized quotation revisions may result in:

• Immediate rejection of the quotation

• Disqualification from the current sourcing cycle

• Negative impact on vendor performance records

• Restriction of future quotation opportunities

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Submitting accurate and final quotations initially

• Monitoring price validity timelines

• Avoiding unnecessary or repeated revisions

• Complying strictly with revision rules

Win Store is not responsible for vendor pricing changes.

9. Important Notes

• Quotation revision does not reset approval priority

• Each revision is evaluated independently

• Win Store reserves full discretion over revision acceptance

Quotation ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း (Revision) ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

စျေးနှုန်းနှင့် Procurement စနစ် တည်ငြိမ်မှုအတွက်
Quotation Revision များကို တင်းကျပ်စွာ ထိန်းချုပ်ပါသည်။

၂။ Quotation Revision အဓိပ္ပါယ်

အောက်ပါအချက်များကို ပြောင်းလဲပါက
Quotation Revision ဟု သတ်မှတ်ပါသည်–

• စျေးနှုန်း

• Currency

• MOQ သို့မဟုတ် Quantity

• Lead Time

• Incoterm သို့မဟုတ် Commercial Terms

• Product Specification

၃။ Revision ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သော အခြေအနေများ

Quotation Revision ကို–

• Win Store မှ တောင်းဆိုပါကသာ

• Quotation Validity ကုန်ဆုံးပြီး Re-Quote တောင်းဆိုပါကသာ

• အမှားအယွင်းကို Win Store လက်ခံပါကသာ

• Product Requirement ပြောင်းလဲပါကသာ

ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

၄။ Revision မပြုလုပ်ရမည့် အခြေအနေများ

Vendor များသည်–

• Validity ကာလအတွင်း

• Approval ပြီးနောက်

• Competitor စျေးနှုန်းကြောင့်

• Currency ပြောင်းလဲမှုကြောင့်

• Informal Channel များမှ

Quotation ကို မပြင်ဆင်ရပါ။

၅။ Revision တင်သွင်းခြင်း စည်းမျဉ်းများ

Revision တင်သွင်းပါက–

• Official Channel များမှသာ တင်သွင်းရပါမည်

• “Revised Quotation” ဟု ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြရပါမည်

• မူလ Quotation Reference ကို ထည့်ရပါမည်

• ပြောင်းလဲချက်များကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ပြထားရပါမည်

၆။ Revision စိစစ်ခြင်း

Revision များကို–

• Quotation အသစ်အဖြစ် စိစစ်ပါသည်

• Approval အလိုအလျောက် မပေးပါ

• Quotation ပယ်ချခြင်း

• Sourcing Cycle မှ ဖယ်ရှားခြင်း

• Vendor Performance လျော့ကျခြင်း

• အနာဂတ် Quotation အခွင့်အရေး ကန့်သတ်ခြင်း

၈။ Vendor တာဝန်များ

Vendor များသည်–

• အစကတည်းက မှန်ကန်သော Quotation တင်သွင်းရပါမည်

• Validity ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရပါမည်

• မလိုအပ်သော Revision မပြုလုပ်ရပါ

၉။ အရေးကြီးသော မှတ်ချက်များ

• Revision ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် Approval အာမခံ မဟုတ်ပါ

• Revision တစ်ခုချင်းစီကို သီးခြားစိစစ်ပါသည်

• Win Store သည် ဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်
