1. Purpose

This article defines the minimum eligibility criteria for suppliers applying to become vendors of Win Store.
Only suppliers who meet these criteria will be considered for approval.

Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee approval.

2. General Eligibility Requirements (All Vendors)

All suppliers (local and global) must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be a legally registered business entity

• Must provide accurate and verifiable company information

• Must supply products relevant to Win Store’s sourcing needs

• Must be capable of meeting quality, documentation, and delivery standards

• Must agree to comply with Win Store’s commercial, communication, and compliance policies

Individuals, unregistered businesses, or intermediaries without supply control are not eligible.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Local Vendors (Myanmar)

Local suppliers must additionally:

• Be registered under Myanmar law

• Have stable local supply capability

• Be able to issue valid local invoices and documents

• Support delivery to Win Store warehouse or designated locations

• Comply with local quality and labeling requirements

Local traders without consistent supply or documentation support may be rejected.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Global Vendors (International)

International suppliers must additionally:

• Have export capability and experience

• Provide complete international trade documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin (if applicable)

  • Product specifications

• Be able to meet international shipping and lead-time requirements

• Communicate professionally in English through official channels

Suppliers unable to support international compliance requirements are not eligible.

5. Accepted Supplier Types

Win Store accepts the following supplier types, subject to evaluation:

• Manufacturers (OEM / ODM / Brand Owners) – highest priority

• Authorized Distributors – authorization proof required

• Traders / Wholesalers – accepted only if product quality and pricing are proven

Supplier type must be declared honestly during registration.

6. Disqualification Conditions

Suppliers may be disqualified if they:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Cannot meet minimum quality or documentation standards

• Attempt to bypass Win Store policies or customers

• Refuse to comply with pricing, communication, or branding rules

• Demonstrate inconsistent or unreliable supply capability

Win Store reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.

7. Important Notes

• Eligibility does not equal approval

• Approval decisions are final

• Win Store is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection

ဤဆောင်းပါးသည် Win Store ၏ Vendor အဖြစ် လျှောက်ထားလိုသော
ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ Supplier များအတွက်
အနည်းဆုံး ပြည့်မီရမည့် အရည်အချင်းများကို သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီခြင်းသည် အတည်ပြုချက်ကို အာမခံခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

၂။ အထွေထွေ အရည်အချင်းများ (Vendor အားလုံး)

Supplier အားလုံးသည် အောက်ပါအချက်များကို ပြည့်မီရပါမည်–

• တရားဝင် စာရင်းသွင်းထားသော လုပ်ငန်းဖြစ်ရမည်

• မှန်ကန်၍ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သော လုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်များ ပေးရမည်

• Win Store လိုအပ်သော Product များကို ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရမည်

• Quality၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းနှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရေး စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်

• Win Store ၏ Commercial နှင့် Communication Policy များကို လိုက်နာရန် သဘောတူရမည်

တစ်ဦးချင်း၊ စာရင်းမရှိသော လုပ်ငန်းများကို လက်မခံပါ။

၃။ ဒေသတွင်း Supplier များ (မြန်မာ)

ဒေသတွင်း Supplier များသည် ထပ်မံ၍–

• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေအရ စာရင်းသွင်းထားရမည်

• တည်ငြိမ်သော Supply ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရမည်

• တရားဝင် Invoice နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်

• Win Store သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နေရာများသို့ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်

• ဒေသတွင်း Quality နှင့် Labeling စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာရမည်

Supply မတည်ငြိမ်သော Trader များကို ပယ်ချနိုင်ပါသည်။

၄။ နိုင်ငံတကာ Supplier များ

နိုင်ငံတကာ Supplier များသည်–

• Export အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်

• အောက်ပါ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရမည်–

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin (လိုအပ်ပါက)

  • Product Specification

• ပို့ဆောင်ရေး Lead Time များကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်

• အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် တရားဝင် Channel များမှ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ရမည်

၅။ လက်ခံသော Supplier အမျိုးအစားများ

Win Store သည် အောက်ပါ Supplier များကို လက်ခံပါသည်–

• Manufacturer (OEM / ODM / Brand Owner) – အဓိက ဦးစားပေး

• Authorized Distributor – အတည်ပြုစာ လိုအပ်

• Trader / Wholesaler – အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီပါကသာ လက်ခံ

Supplier အမျိုးအစားကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ဖော်ပြရပါမည်။

၆။ မလက်ခံနိုင်သော အခြေအနေများ

အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများရှိပါက Vendor အဖြစ် မလက်ခံပါ–

• မှားယွင်းသော သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်သော အချက်အလက်ပေးခြင်း

• Quality သို့မဟုတ် စာရွက်စာတမ်း မပြည့်မီခြင်း

• Win Store သို့မဟုတ် Customer များကို ကျော်လွန်ဆက်သွယ်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းခြင်း

• စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာရန် မသဘောတူခြင်း

• Supply မတည်ငြိမ်ခြင်း

၇။ မှတ်ချက်များ

• အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီခြင်းသည် အတည်ပြုခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ

• Win Store ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည် နောက်ဆုံးဖြစ်ပါသည်

• အကြောင်းပြချက် မပေးဘဲ ပယ်ချနိုင်ပါသည်
