1. Purpose

This article explains the different supplier types and clarifies which types of suppliers Win Store accepts, including our priority order and evaluation criteria.

Understanding your supplier type helps ensure a faster and more accurate review of your vendor application.

2. Supplier Types Defined

Win Store classifies suppliers into the following categories:

Manufacturer

A manufacturer is a company that:

• Produces goods directly in its own factory or production facility

• Owns or controls the production process

• Can provide consistent quality, specifications, and documentation

Examples include OEMs, ODMs, and brand owners.

Distributor

A distributor is a company that:

• Is officially authorized by a manufacturer

• Purchases products in bulk for resale

• Can provide written authorization or distributorship proof

Distributors must demonstrate stable supply and pricing capability.

Trader / Wholesaler

A trader or wholesaler is a company that:

• Sources products from multiple suppliers

• Does not control manufacturing

• Acts as an intermediary between factories and buyers

Traders may not have direct control over quality or long-term supply.

3. What Win Store Accepts (Priority Order)

Win Store accepts suppliers in the following order of preference:

1. Manufacturers (Highest Priority)

   • Preferred for long-term partnerships

   • Direct quality and pricing control

   • Faster technical communication

2. Authorized Distributors

   • Accepted with valid authorization

   • Must meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements

3. Traders / Wholesalers

   • Accepted only under specific conditions

   • Product quality, consistency, and pricing must be proven

   • Usually considered for non-core or special products

4. Required Disclosure

All applicants must:

• Declare their supplier type accurately during registration

• Provide supporting documents when requested

• Update Win Store if supplier status changes

Misrepresentation of supplier type may result in rejection or termination.

5. Important Notes

• Supplier type alone does not guarantee approval

• All suppliers are subject to quality, commercial, and compliance review

• Win Store reserves the right to approve or reject any supplier type at its discretion

၂။ Supplier အမျိုးအစားများ

Win Store သည် Supplier များကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်ပါသည်–

Manufacturer

Manufacturer ဆိုသည်မှာ–

• ကိုယ်ပိုင် စက်ရုံ သို့မဟုတ် ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးနေရာတွင် Product ထုတ်လုပ်သူ

• ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သူ

• Quality၊ Specification နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို တည်ငြိမ်စွာ ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်သူ

OEM၊ ODM နှင့် Brand Owner များ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။

Distributor

Distributor ဆိုသည်မှာ–

• Manufacturer မှ တရားဝင် ခွင့်ပြုချက် ရရှိထားသူ

• Bulk ဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူပြီး ပြန်လည် ရောင်းချသူ

• Authorization စာတမ်းများ ပံ့ပိုးနိုင်သူ

Trader / Wholesaler

Trader သို့မဟုတ် Wholesaler ဆိုသည်မှာ–

• Factory များမှ Product များကို ပြန်လည် စုဆောင်းရောင်းချသူ

• ထုတ်လုပ်မှုကို ကိုယ်တိုင် မထိန်းချုပ်သူ

• Intermediary အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်သူ

Quality နှင့် Supply တည်ငြိမ်မှုမှာ မတူညီနိုင်ပါ။

၃။ Win Store လက်ခံသည့် အစဉ်အလာ (ဦးစားပေးအဆင့်)

Win Store သည် အောက်ပါအစဉ်အလာအတိုင်း Supplier များကို လက်ခံပါသည်–

၁။ Manufacturer (အမြင့်ဆုံး ဦးစားပေး)

• ရေရှည် ပူးပေါင်းမှုအတွက် ဦးစားပေး

• Quality နှင့် စျေးနှုန်းကို တိုက်ရိုက် ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်

၂။ Authorized Distributor

• Authorization စာတမ်း ရှိရမည်

• Quality၊ စျေးနှုန်းနှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ပြည့်မီရမည်

၃။ Trader / Wholesaler

• အခြေအနေအလိုက်သာ လက်ခံပါသည်

• Quality နှင့် Supply တည်ငြိမ်မှုကို အတည်ပြုရမည်

• Special သို့မဟုတ် Non-core Product များအတွက်သာ စဉ်းစားပါသည်

၄။ အချက်အလက် ဖော်ပြရမည့် တာဝန်

Supplier များသည်–

• မိမိ Supplier အမျိုးအစားကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ဖော်ပြရမည်

• လိုအပ်ပါက အထောက်အထား စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပံ့ပိုးရမည်

• Supplier အခြေအနေ ပြောင်းလဲပါက Win Store ကို အသိပေးရမည်

မှားယွင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြပါက ပယ်ချခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်ရပ်စဲခြင်း ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

၅။ အရေးကြီးသော မှတ်ချက်များ

• Supplier အမျိုးအစားတစ်ခုတည်းဖြင့် အတည်ပြုခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ

• Supplier အားလုံးသည် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာရပါမည်

• Win Store သည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခွင့် ရှိပါသည်
