1. Purpose
This article clearly identifies suppliers who are not suitable to apply as vendors for Win Store.
It is intended to save time for both suppliers and Win Store by preventing incorrect or non-compliant applications.
2. Suppliers Who Should NOT Apply
You should not apply to become a Win Store vendor if you fall under any of the following categories:
2.1 Individuals or Unregistered Businesses
Individuals without a legally registered business
Informal or temporary trading operations
Businesses unable to provide legal registration documents
2.2 Suppliers Without Supply Control
Intermediaries without control over manufacturing or sourcing
Agents unable to guarantee quality, pricing, or delivery
Resellers without stable or authorized supply channels
2.3 Suppliers Unable to Meet Quality or Documentation Requirements
Suppliers unable to provide product specifications
Suppliers without required trade documents
Suppliers unable to meet Win Store quality standards
2.4 Suppliers Seeking Direct Access to Customers
Suppliers attempting to contact Win Store customers directly
Suppliers seeking to bypass Win Store’s commercial process
Suppliers unwilling to follow non-circumvention rules
2.5 Suppliers Unwilling to Follow Commercial or Communication Rules
Suppliers who negotiate pricing outside approved channels
Suppliers who submit quotations via social media or informal platforms
Suppliers who refuse to comply with portal rules
2.6 Suppliers Offering Inconsistent or Unreliable Supply
Suppliers unable to meet MOQ or lead time requirements
Suppliers with unstable pricing or supply history
Suppliers unable to support long-term cooperation
3. Application Outcome
Applications that fall under the above categories will be:
Rejected without further review, or
Closed without feedback
Win Store is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.
4. Important Notes
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval
Attempting to bypass policies may result in permanent disqualification
Win Store reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion

မသင့်တော်သော လျှောက်ထားမှုများကို လျှော့ချရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။
၂။ Vendor အဖြစ် မလျှောက်ထားသင့်သူများ
အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများတွင် Win Store Vendor အဖြစ် မလျှောက်ထားသင့်ပါ–
၂.၁ တစ်ဦးချင်း သို့မဟုတ် စာရင်းမရှိသော လုပ်ငန်းများ
တရားဝင် စာရင်းသွင်းထားခြင်း မရှိသော လုပ်ငန်းများ
ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အလွတ်လုပ်ငန်းများ
ဥပဒေအရ စာရွက်စာတမ်း မပံ့ပိုးနိုင်သော လုပ်ငန်းများ
၂.၂ Supply ကို မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သော Supplier များ
ထုတ်လုပ်မှု သို့မဟုတ် Supply ကို မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သော Broker များ
Quality၊ စျေးနှုန်း၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးကို အာမခံမပေးနိုင်သူများ
တရားဝင် ခွင့်ပြုချက် မရှိသော Reseller များ
၂.၃ Quality နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်း မပြည့်မီသော Supplier များ
Product Specification မပံ့ပိုးနိုင်သူများ
လိုအပ်သော Trade Document မရှိသူများ
Win Store Quality Standard မပြည့်မီသူများ
၂.၄ Customer ကို တိုက်ရိုက် ဆက်သွယ်လိုသော Supplier များ
Win Store Customer များကို တိုက်ရိုက် ဆက်သွယ်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းသူများ
Commercial Process ကို ကျော်လွန်ရန် ကြိုးစားသူများ
Non-circumvention စည်းမျဉ်းကို မလိုက်နာလိုသူများ
၂.၅ Commercial သို့မဟုတ် Communication စည်းမျဉ်း မလိုက်နာလိုသူများ
တရားဝင် Channel မဟုတ်သော နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် စျေးနှုန်းညှိနှိုင်းသူများ
Social Media မှ Quotation တင်လိုသူများ
Portal စည်းမျဉ်းများကို မလိုက်နာလိုသူများ
၂.၆ Supply မတည်ငြိမ်သော Supplier များ
MOQ သို့မဟုတ် Lead Time မလိုက်နာနိုင်သူများ
စျေးနှုန်း မတည်ငြိမ်သော Supplier များ
ရေရှည် ပူးပေါင်းမှု မထောက်ပံ့နိုင်သူများ
၃။ လျှောက်ထားမှု အဖြေ
အထက်ပါ အမျိုးအစားများတွင် ပါဝင်သော လျှောက်ထားမှုများသည်–
ထပ်မံ စိစစ်ခြင်း မပြုဘဲ ပယ်ချခံရနိုင်ပါသည်
အကြောင်းပြချက် မပေးဘဲ ပိတ်သိမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်
၄။ အရေးကြီးသော မှတ်ချက်များ
လျှောက်ထားခြင်းသည် အတည်ပြုခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ
စည်းမျဉ်းများကို ကျော်လွန်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းပါက အမြဲတမ်း ပယ်ချခံရနိုင်ပါသည်
Win Store သည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်
