1. Overview

This policy explains how currencies and exchange rates are handled in all commercial transactions between Win Store and its vendors.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure pricing clarity, financial control, and risk management across local and international sourcing activities.

All vendors must clearly understand and comply with this policy before submitting quotations or entering into commercial agreements.

2. Accepted Currencies

Win Store may accept quotations and transactions in the following currencies, depending on vendor type and sourcing arrangement:

• Myanmar Kyat (MMK)

• United States Dollar (USD)

• Other currencies as explicitly approved by Win Store

The accepted currency for each transaction will be confirmed during the quotation or approval stage.

3. Quotation Currency Requirements

Vendors must:

• Clearly state the quotation currency in all submissions

• Ensure the quoted price is fixed in the stated currency

• Avoid mixing multiple currencies within a single quotation

• Include all applicable costs in the quoted currency

Quotations without a clearly stated currency may be rejected.

4. Exchange Rate Handling

When currency conversion is required:

• Win Store will determine the applicable exchange rate

• Exchange rates may be based on internal policy, bank rates, or official market references

• The exchange rate applied at approval or payment stage is final

Vendors may not request exchange rate adjustments after quotation submission.

5. Currency Risk Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Vendors bear the risk of currency fluctuation on their quoted prices

• Win Store does not compensate for exchange rate movements

• Currency volatility must be factored into vendor pricing

Requests for price revision due to exchange changes are not accepted.

6. Payment Currency

• Payments will be made in the approved transaction currency

• The payment currency may differ from the quotation currency if agreed in advance

• Any conversion fees, bank charges, or intermediary costs must be disclosed upfront

Win Store is not responsible for undisclosed currency-related charges.

7. Prohibited Practices

Win Store strictly prohibits:

• Changing currency after quotation approval

• Linking pricing adjustments to exchange rate movements

• Submitting conditional prices based on future exchange rates

• Requesting off-policy currency conversions

Violations may result in quotation rejection or vendor suspension.

8. Important Notes

• Currency acceptance does not guarantee order placement

• Exchange handling policies may change based on financial conditions

• Win Store retains full discretion over currency and exchange decisions

ဤမူဝါဒသည် Win Store နှင့် Vendor များအကြား ကုန်သွယ်ရာတွင်
ငွေကြေးအမျိုးအစားနှင့် ငွေလဲနှုန်း ကိုင်တွယ်ပုံ ကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

ဤမူဝါဒ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ စျေးနှုန်းရှင်းလင်းမှုနှင့်
ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ အန္တရာယ်များကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂။ လက်ခံသော ငွေကြေးအမျိုးအစားများ

Win Store သည်–

• မြန်မာကျပ် (MMK)

• အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (USD)

• Win Store မှ အတည်ပြုထားသော အခြားငွေကြေးများ

ကို လက်ခံနိုင်ပါသည်။

အသုံးပြုမည့် ငွေကြေးအမျိုးအစားကို Quotation အဆင့်တွင် သတ်မှတ်ပါသည်။

၃။ Quotation တင်သွင်းရာတွင် ငွေကြေး သတ်မှတ်ရမည့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ

Vendor များသည်–

• Quotation တွင် ငွေကြေးအမျိုးအစားကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြရပါမည်

• တစ်ခုတည်းသော ငွေကြေးဖြင့်သာ စျေးနှုန်းဖော်ပြရပါမည်

• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်အားလုံးကို ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြရပါမည်

ငွေကြေး မဖော်ပြထားသော Quotation များသည် ပယ်ချခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။

၄။ ငွေလဲနှုန်း ကိုင်တွယ်ပုံ

ငွေကြေးပြောင်းလဲရပါက–

• Win Store မှ သတ်မှတ်သော ငွေလဲနှုန်းကို အသုံးပြုပါသည်

• Bank Rate သို့မဟုတ် Market Reference ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်

• Approval သို့မဟုတ် Payment အချိန်တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ငွေလဲနှုန်းသည် အပြီးသတ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်

၅။ ငွေလဲနှုန်း အန္တရာယ် တာဝန်ယူမှု

အခြားအထူးသဘောတူညီချက် မရှိပါက–

• ငွေလဲနှုန်း အပြောင်းအလဲအန္တရာယ်ကို Vendor မှ တာဝန်ယူရပါမည်

• Win Store မှ ငွေလဲနှုန်းကြောင့် စျေးနှုန်း ပြန်လည်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ပါ

• Vendor များသည် ငွေလဲနှုန်း အန္တရာယ်ကို စျေးနှုန်းထဲ ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားရပါမည်

၆။ ငွေပေးချေရာတွင် အသုံးပြုမည့် ငွေကြေး

• ငွေပေးချေမှုကို အတည်ပြုထားသော ငွေကြေးဖြင့်သာ ပြုလုပ်ပါသည်

• Bank Charges သို့မဟုတ် Conversion Fees များကို ကြိုတင်ဖော်ပြရပါမည်

• မဖော်ပြထားသော ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို Win Store မှ မတာဝန်ယူပါ

၇။ တားမြစ်ထားသော ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ရပ်များ

အောက်ပါလုပ်ရပ်များကို မပြုလုပ်ရပါ–

• Quotation အတည်ပြုပြီးနောက် ငွေကြေးပြောင်းလဲခြင်း

• ငွေလဲနှုန်းကြောင့် စျေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲတောင်းဆိုခြင်း

• အနာဂတ် ငွေလဲနှုန်းနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော စျေးနှုန်းများ

• တရားမဝင် Channel များမှ ငွေကြေးညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း

၈။ အရေးကြီးသော မှတ်ချက်များ

• ငွေကြေးလက်ခံခြင်းသည် Order အာမခံ မဟုတ်ပါ

• ငွေကြေးမူဝါဒများကို ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ပါသည်

• Win Store သည် ငွေကြေးနှင့် ငွေလဲနှုန်းဆုံးဖြတ်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်
