1. Overview

This policy defines Win Store’s rules regarding partial shipments and backorders.

To maintain inventory accuracy, customer trust, and operational efficiency, Win Store applies strict controls over how and when partial shipments or backorders are allowed.

Partial shipment or backorder is not permitted by default and must follow this policy.

2. Definitions

Partial Shipment
Delivery of only a portion of the confirmed order quantity, with the remaining quantity delivered later.

Backorder
An order quantity that cannot be fulfilled within the agreed lead time and is scheduled for later fulfillment.

3. General Policy Rules

• Full shipment is the default expectation

• Partial shipment or backorder requires prior written approval

• Unauthorized partial shipment or backorder may be rejected

• Vendors must not assume approval without confirmation

4. When Partial Shipment May Be Allowed

Partial shipment may be considered only if:

• Approved in writing by Win Store before shipment

• Required to prevent critical supply disruption

• Logistically justified and clearly documented

• Aligned with inventory and fulfillment planning

Approval is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Backorder Conditions

Backorders may be allowed only when:

• The vendor informs Win Store before the agreed delivery date

• A clear revised delivery timeline is provided

• Win Store formally accepts the backorder

• The remaining quantity is guaranteed and traceable

Unapproved backorders are not accepted.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Accurate production and stock planning

• Proactive communication about supply risks

• Clear separation and identification of partial shipments

• Ensuring backordered quantities meet original specifications

Win Store does not accept responsibility for vendor-side planning failures.

7. Impact on Payment & Acceptance

• Payment may be delayed until full delivery is completed

• Partial shipment does not guarantee partial payment

• Backordered items may affect payment terms or order status

Acceptance is subject to inspection and compliance.

8. Prohibited Practices

Win Store strictly prohibits:

• Shipping partial quantities without approval

• Creating backorders without notification

• Using partial shipment to bypass delivery commitments

• Changing quantities without written consent

Violations may result in order cancellation or vendor suspension.

9. Important Notes

• Partial shipment approval does not set precedent

• Repeated partial shipment requests may impact vendor evaluation

• Win Store reserves full discretion over acceptance decisions

ဤမူဝါဒသည် Win Store နှင့် Vendor များအကြား
Partial Shipment (အပိုင်းလိုက် ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း) နှင့်
Backorder (နောက်ကျပြီး ပို့ဆောင်ရမည့် အော်ဒါ) ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

Win Store သည် အပြည့်အစုံ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်းကိုသာ အခြေခံလိုက်နာပါသည်။

၂။ အဓိပ္ပါယ်များ

Partial Shipment
အော်ဒါအရေအတွက်အချို့ကို ပို့ပြီး ကျန်ရှိသည့် အရေအတွက်ကို နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Backorder
သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Lead Time အတွင်း မပို့နိုင်သော အရေအတွက်ကို နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် ပို့ဆောင်ရန် စီစဉ်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၃။ အထွေထွေ စည်းမျဉ်းများ

• အပြည့်အစုံ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်းသာ ပုံမှန်စည်းမျဉ်းဖြစ်ပါသည်

• Partial Shipment သို့မဟုတ် Backorder သည် ကြိုတင်အတည်ပြုချက် လိုအပ်ပါသည်

• ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိပါက လက်ခံမည် မဟုတ်ပါ

• Vendor များသည် အလိုအလျောက် ခွင့်ပြုထားသည်ဟု မယူဆရပါ

၄။ Partial Shipment ခွင့်ပြုနိုင်သည့် အခြေအနေများ

အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများရှိပါကသာ စဉ်းစားပါသည်–

• Win Store မှ စာဖြင့် ကြိုတင် အတည်ပြုထားခြင်း

• Supply ပြတ်တောက်မှုကြီးမားမှုကို ကာကွယ်ရန်လိုအပ်ခြင်း

• Logistics အကြောင်းပြချက် ရှင်းလင်းခြင်း

• Inventory Plan နှင့် ကိုက်ညီခြင်း

၅။ Backorder ခွင့်ပြုနိုင်သည့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ

Backorder ကို–

• Delivery Date မတိုင်မီ အသိပေးထားပါက

• Delivery အသစ်ကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြထားပါက

• Win Store မှ တရားဝင် လက်ခံပါက

• ကျန်ရှိသည့် Quantity ကို အာမခံထားပါက

သာ ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။

၆။ Vendor တာဝန်များ

Vendor များသည်–

• Production နှင့် Stock ကို ကြိုတင်စီမံရပါမည်

• အန္တရာယ်များကို ကြိုတင်အသိပေးရပါမည်

• Partial Shipment များကို သီးခြားစွာ သတ်မှတ်ရပါမည်

• Backorder ပစ္စည်းများကို မူလ Specification အတိုင်း ပံ့ပိုးရပါမည်

၇။ Payment နှင့် Acceptance အပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှု

• အပြည့်အစုံ မပို့ဆောင်ပြီးမချင်း ငွေပေးချေမှု နှောင့်နှေးနိုင်ပါသည်

• Partial Shipment အတွက် Partial Payment အာမခံ မရှိပါ

• Backorder များသည် Payment Terms ကို သက်ရောက်စေနိုင်ပါသည်

၈။ တားမြစ်ထားသော လုပ်ရပ်များ

အောက်ပါလုပ်ရပ်များကို မပြုလုပ်ရပါ–

• ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ Partial Shipment ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း

• အသိပေးခြင်းမရှိဘဲ Backorder ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း

• Delivery စည်းမျဉ်းများကို ကျော်လွန်ရန် ကြိုးစားခြင်း

• Quantity ကို အတည်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း

၉။ အရေးကြီးသော မှတ်ချက်များ

• Partial Shipment ခွင့်ပြုခြင်းသည် အမြဲတမ်းအခွင့်အရေး မဟုတ်ပါ

• အကြိမ်ကြိမ် တောင်းဆိုပါက Vendor Performance ကို သက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါသည်

• Win Store သည် အဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်
